We are actively looking for a mandolin player!
Seeking a mandolin player to join a long time New Hampshire based bluegrass band, formally known as Monadnock. We currently have a Banjo, Guitar, Fiddle and Bass player and are seeking a Mandolin player to complete our five piece traditional bluegrass sound, with non traditional twists. We are hoping for someone who can also share in singing lead and harmonies as well as helping rename and reform the band.
Currently, we play no more than 10 gigs a year, mainly in the New England area. Practices are usually held just north of Manchester, NH when preparing for the gigs. We are looking for someone that wants a more casual approach of a working band, who enjoys working on arranging tunes and having fun while performing in outdoor settings like town centers, harvest festivals and the occasional bluegrass festival around New England.
